1. General Terms
This agreement governs the use of LinkedIn Premium Services provided by Technordia.shop through its authorized partner, Tech Nordia Oy, located in Europe. By purchasing LinkedIn Premium Services, the Client agrees to comply with the terms set forth in this agreement.
2. Contract Duration and Termination
- Validity: The contract remains valid for the duration of the selected package(s), as indicated in the agreement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice if the other party fails to meet the obligations outlined in this contract.
3. Payment and Fees
- Payment Terms: The Client must make full payment for the selected package(s) within 14 days of signing this contract.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other specified methods as agreed between the parties.
- Refunds: Once activated, LinkedIn Premium services are non-refundable.
4. Service Activation
Technordia.shop will activate the selected LinkedIn Premium service(s) within 2 business days of receiving payment.
5. Issue Resolution and Claims
Any issues or claims related to the LinkedIn Premium services should be directed to contact@technordia.shop
. Technordia.shop will address complaints within 5 working days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Technordia.shop is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of LinkedIn Premium services.
7. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of India.
